Youth News
Bible Buffet meets Sundays at 12:15pm!

Family Christian Skate Night - Monday March 5 from 6-8:30pm at Skateland South. Free Admission to all families with kids and youth who mention a church name. Must rent of can bring own indoor skates. Friends welcome!

Confirmation has begun!
Please keep Tess Allen, Mathijs Becker, Grace Conner, Burns Lewis, Grant Lewis, Alana Shuman and Cailyn Whetstone in your prayers ad they continue their faith journey. They will be confirmed on Sunday, May 13. We will have one service and brunch to follow. 
United Methodist Women News
During this season of Lent the UMW are sponsoring "A Call to Prayer and Self-Denial." This program helps support women through funding such projects as The Hope Foundation for African Women in Kenya and The Gum Moon Residence in San Francisco. Please consider contributing a monetary donation to this program. Checks can be made out to UMW - Call to Prayer and Self-Denial and be put in our office mailbox. 
We are also collection contributions for the new education wing at the Cunningham Home in Urbana. For any questions please contact Carol Knoblock or Carolyn Riggs. 
Layette items needed!
Church Women United are collecting Layette items for Kumler Outreach Ministries in honor of May Friendship Day. If you sew, knit, corchet, or quilt, you skills are requested to make hand crafted items to include in the layettes. These items, which carry your love and good wishes, are prized by families and can be handed down from child to chld. Items can be given to Ruth Hicks or brought to the church office by the last Sunday in April.
WOW Meals
We are still looking for volunteers! If you would like to provide a meal or a dessert, please contact the office or look for the sign up sheet in the Fellowship Hall. A full schedule can also be viewed here. 

Tuesday Bible Study
We meet Tuesday mornings at 9am in the Chapel. The book we will return with is entitled, Discovering God's Will. For more information talk to Sue Endsley.

Sunday Morning Fellowship Time
We need people to host the Coffeee Hour on Sunday Mornings. To sign up please check the bulletin board by the kitchen.

Missions:
February Alms will go to Cunningham Children's Home.

Kumler needs folks willing to eat and visit with their guests at their Tuesday evening meal. April Patek has more information.

$110 can sponsor a Wesley Foundation Student for 1 semester at Illinois State University. Mark your check for ISU and you will make a difference. 

McFarland Center is asking for the following thing for residents: travel sized soaps, body washes, and shampoo/conditioner.

Courtney White is traveling to Dade City, FL with the ISU Wesley Mission Trip to work on a Habitat for Humanity House. We are collecting money to hlep make this a reality for her! Please mark your check ISU Mission Trip.
